Alfred started to cry. “WAHHHHHHHH!!!!”The cat startled and backed away a couple steps. After his poor ears adjusted to the loud sound, his scooted back over to the fallen infant and nudged at his side.
“Mer meow. Mow browr mew.”
He stopped crying for a while and started to crawl on top of the cat. “Goo!!!!”
Al just laid there. If it would keep the little one happy, he had no problem taking a bit of abuse.
“Prrr~”
